"Bone Appétit is a 24/7 food pantry located at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine open to everyone in the ISU CVM community stocked with non-perishable food items, personal hygiene products, baby items, and pet food and litter. The pantry is confidential and personal information is never collected, and there is no limit to how much you can take or how often you can use the pantry. Our pantry uses the motto, “Take what you need, use what you take.” The food pantry has two locations.
Non-perishable food items are in the cabinets below the microwaves in the vending machine hallway next to the Gentle Doctor Café.

Starting Fall 2024 semester, the Academic Success Center will enhance its tutoring services for Iowa State undergraduates through a collaboration with Knack. This collaboration will leverage Knack’s platform to facilitate both one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students. A key feature of this initiative is that students enrolled in selected courses will have access to unlimited tutoring at no cost. The tutoring sessions will be led by accomplished Iowa State students.
